The Art Of Teaching.


Teaching is a demanding profession.

It needs lot of patience, tolerance, and a knack to tackle the young minds.

Modern  education ,right from the initial years , focuses on employment.

The science subjects take the prized position.

Information  Technology, computers, medicine, engineering bring in lot of money, which in turn leads to arrogance and  slightly licentious behaviour.

Teachers make good of the prevailing trend ,by conducting tut ions and coaching classes,thus preparing the students to fare well in the examinations.

This strenuous process renders the subject uninteresting, and forces the young minds to assimilate whatever is prescribed without proper understanding.

If we sell education we are ruining it.

Vidyha or knowledge should be imparted with  three essentials. purity, sincerity and enthusiasm.

The teacher and the taught should get involved into it, refresh the fundamentals,  delve deep into it,analyse the theory, indulge in practical solutions, and  discover new interesting details, interpret the compositions in simple format.

If Moon is todays subject, the teacher has to bring a replica of it, explain its qualities, shortlist its periodicals, its scientific effects , and narrate tales relating to it.

The specifications should be elaborate and at the same time illustrative,.

The master should keep his pupil in rapt attention.

A slight uneasiness or murmur is a sign that the mind is weaning out from the syllabus.

This clue should be taken care off at once.

The mind requires a change,a shift an alteration.

The Professor can modify his recourse , by entering in to conversations alien to the subject , yet related to it in circumventing manner.

Arts and Science  are important to  the modern world.

No discrimination, no distinctions, no demarcations over education should be enforced .

The wards should choose the courses they prefer .

Compulsions and rigorous training will have a cascading effect, a negative downturn,a swirling repulsion

Artifice Education.


The speciality of education is refinement.

Modern Education is by rote.

The subject is learnt by heart without  proper understanding.

Mugging increases the memory power.,but numbs the comprehending skill.

In ancient days ,students had to undergo vocational courses.

The courses varied  from ,carpentry, tailoring, painting, drawing, weaving, and stitching.

These were the ancient techniques.

Children learnt the basic mathematics,language expressions, and simple science.

Then they took up the sujects of their choice and specialised.

Education was easy and meaningful.

Today the young minds are put to a strained assimilation.

Mathematics, include arithmetic.algebra, geometry, trignometry,and calculus.

Science enfolds Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology.

The stress emanating  from this mounted pressure is too much to bear.

They get nervous and shaky,and lose their equanimity.

The schools should identify the prowess of each child,should track his ability, should mould him accordingly,should empower him to excel and make him a proud ideological individual.

Instead , the schools leash out too many topics, conduct too many tests and examinations,dub the child dull headed when he falters,subdue his enthusiasm by most critical remarks,drive him unfit.and make him loose his individuality.

Education is complicated and meaningless.

Each child is like a beautiful flower.

Each child has a specific capacity.

Each child performs in his own sphere.

The educationists ,should nurture the children, and provide them the best of all compliance.

Schools , which take heavy fees ,are considered best.

it is a wicked allegory.

The ostentation that suffixes the premises, the high raised buildings,the sprawling garden, the sophisticated gym,and the well equipped playgrounds capture the attention of the parents.

These are important ,but secondary to the knoweldge  spread out.

Parents are taken by the snobbery than by the real classic syntax.
