Maldives On A Look Out.

Maldives ,a beautiful island country, is in constant fear.

The picturesque state, surrounded by sea on all sides, will be submerged by water 50 years ,from hence.

Maldivians are basically simple people , who know no other trade ,than fishing and tourism.

Settlement of the entire population in a neighbouring state , is not an easy avocation.

Leaving the country ,where you were born ,is extremely painful.

To exit from a familiar environment, from a practised occupation, from a cosy home, from known people,

from exalted position, from comfortable fortunes, and from assured income, pose a depressing deliverance.

Next, to locate a place ,for the entire population is exorbitantly difficult and informally not possible.

The government and the people gaze at  the Ocean for a definite answer.

Man may err, may fail, may grope, but Nature will never let down her children.

Maldivians ,should not loose heart.

The great sea will win them a reward.

Regulations Hamper Normality

An abrupt “no ” to a suggestion, kills the spirit.

A delayed refusal kindles anxiety .

This is the common subscription.

Differing  from the  accepted modality, and the general pattern, is ,that  we should promulgate enforcement of any syllabus ,after it goes through an  accepted application.

Authenticating this  opinion is the restrictions enabled in a temple.

A few years  ago,the devotees  who thronged into the temple ,  made good their entry into the sanctum sanctorium, saw the almighty in all its glory, moved away wih renewed vigour and established faith.,without deterring the serenity .

Of late, the verification ,the checks, marking the doors of entry, the issual of tickets , have created an artificial compulsions.

These regulations results in  congestions and confusion.

The not so appreciated long queues, the frustrations due to long wait, the distinction shown in the ticketting module. cause dissentment among the public.

The otherwise smooth movements get wriggled by the imposal of unwanted diligence.

The best substitute to regulations is training.

Imparting simple practical solutions, teaching to adopt, linking to geniallity, tempering the crudities, smothering the frenzied movements, will take us to the much loved , most pleasant environment.

The indisposable Disposables.

A look around my neighbourhood sets my heart reeling.

What a plethora of carry bags, in blue ,green and yellow.!

What a huge dump of broken plastic buckets, pails and mugs.!

What an enormous pile of paper cups. plates, and bottles!

What  a refused storage of disposable bandages, syringes, and needles!

The smell emanating from the dump is foul.

The look of the notorious waste is ghastly.

The presence of such a waste bin is hazardous to health.

The health authorities are blind to this defeated decorum.

The government is sitting idle, a lethargic observer of  a destructive conduct.

A little more care.

Today’s Tamil daily Dinamalar  came out with a clipping  about Sudhakar Yadav’s innovative car models.

Sudhakar is from Andhra pradesh , India.

His latest car variant is in the shape of a cigar.

A photo of the model is also published along with a small writeup.

The words “Breaking The Habbit” are encrypted in bold in the body of the car.

He has designed this model, as an appreciation  to the Health Ministry’s announcement ,to ban smoking in public places.

It is a very noble and laudable effort, but all I want from Sudhakar is that he should pay a little  more attention to spelling.

Habbit  should be Habit.

Well done , Sudhakar!.

Roads of India

Bumps and potholes,

Pits and drains,

Diversions and deviations,

Man and animal,

Chaos and confusion,

marks the Indian  road condition.

Heritage and Garbage

India is a land of diversity.

It is the birth place of two distinct religion, or better termed as cults-Jainism and Buddhism.

Hinduism is the most ancient religion.

it is the most tolerant  version of spirituality.

Christianity  was spread by the jesuits in India

Islam came into India with the Moghuls.

India is known for its ahimsa as practised by Gandhi.

The gregarious temples profess a sign of bhakthi .

Tradition stii has its significance in this vast  country.

This ancient nation has been subjugated to treason recently.

Chennai ,the southern city of India, has been the receptacle of garbage from U.K

A town from Britain has exported its throw aways to this city,

To be more precise, the town authorities have sold their watse to a company.

This company has to recycle the plastic and other indisposable items.

As recycling   is expensive, 150 pounds per Metric tonne, the company decided to export it to India for a meagre amount of 49 pounds..

Chennai has become a dumping ground for U.K.waste.

The write up sent signal of sadness and anguish.

Britain had looted  India’s wealth.,while it colonised the country.

It had robbed India of its glory.

It had torn the faces of  Indians

It had decimated the Indian fortitude.

It is now engaged in shipping garbage.

Thus making the city stink..

Thus turning the environment unhealthy.

Thus depositing infection and disease.

Thus subduing the well being of the inhabitants.

This indulgence is a transgression,.

This is not true Christianity,

This is not what is found in the Holy Bible.

This is not one among the Ten  Commandments.

Leave India alone.

The poor country, with  all its misfortunes, is making a steady progress.

Its power is still unknown.

The Indian stoicism is misunderstood by the world at large.
