What keeps moving?
asks my little one
water, sound, light
the wind with a flow
I tell him with a pride
he looks at me curiously
for a while
as I saunter up and down
smiling he points at me
it is you who keeps on moving
why call the remote?
a flower dainty
named so in my language
know not its botanical name
grows throughout the seasons
flowers even in the driest times
needs no water to bloom
comes in different colours
be they red, yellow, white and rose
all seen along the roads
grow on their own
require no nurture or care
yet they flower and blossom
a treat to the eyes
ain’t arali is a symbol of simplicity
and a paragon of virtue.
I love you
I love you all the more
I love you so much
I love you as such
I love you in a stretch
I love you with all my heart.
I love you with a great start.
I love you.
I had taken a break
a very short break
never came to my blog
never did try to log
yesterday was away
not very far away
remained lethargic
was not energetic
lay down on my own bed
slept like a log all tired
I did not do any laborious job
really I did not have the throb
unusual of me in the go
happens now and then in the flow
I was lazy and cranky to an extent
Living in a nest
the bird played in zest
perched on the crest
it twittered in a test
squeaked without rest
as if its voice is best
the bird is truly blessed!
The words In “D”
hopped up now and then
dealt with them
in my own way
a thought to write
on words of letters
creeped up all at once
I went with the “S’
and now with the “D”
I do not know how much
I was successful
how much interest it created
how my viewers found it
I keep on writing with a gusto
the “D” series had come to an end
like to pick up the rest
in a while from now.
The detection of the problem
the health and its equivalents
the tests and the pathology reports
the reading and the treatment
call for a diagnosis of an exact proposition
the findings go to make up the prognosis
as I understand the results vary
given to check in different laboratories
the physicians rely on specific ones
know not whether they go by their skills
or they are swayed by the kickbacks these offer
leaving the poor patient to look up to them
involving an expense heavy and a turmoil heavier
the mental and physical suffering overwhelms
adds to the already stricken pathos
well, the way the diagnosis takes one
gives us no clue whatsoever
the literate and illiterate envisage a setback
enough to quell them for the rest of their life
the medical profession claims a lot
no matter what it holds in stake
the trust in them is slowly fading
an alternative to allopathy is the need
through many prevail and had been there from ancient
have lost their importance at present
a rejuvenation of the ancient medicine
would be a relief to the patients in general
a revolution to the medical word in particular.
The Child likes toys
loves to play with joy
he is a boy.
The child loves rose
likes to hold it close
a girl by choice.
Hands folded he prays
one stands and chants
the other kneels down
one another falls prostrates
each one does it in his own way
expressing his faith and devotion
piety is the base behind
with closed eyes and ardent feel
with an enormous fervour he prays
devotion is that which comprises
faith and love, belief and trust
take him to the realm of peace
where his mind rests without any trouble
transcends into a place of bliss
forgets his turmoil for a while
communes with the Almighty.
If that be the devotion in a kind
where one loses himself straight
the other form is the liking with all sincerity
not on work, but on people too
an attachment towards them with respect
a feel could never be explained
a love steady and strong.
