has chimed in with a sing
fool each other for the sake
an enjoyment to the best’
a rejoice in the quest
the taunt and 
haunt
go together on this day
where every one or other
call it for a play
not rally meaning what they say
but a play of tricks on friends
just to revive the cherish and nature
that lightens up the day with a brightness
and with a relaxation too.
Get to know each other
pick up friends wherever you are
that is the way to live
as company enliven the heart.
A friend in need is a friend indeed
goes the saying with a wave
that be not of every friend
as they are greatly not attached.
The sincere ones are a fraction small
their ingenuity not a question
they come from a genre
rare and informal .
The rest carry a friendship superficial
for the sake of banter
enjoyment attains the principal strata
understanding is never in their agenda.
Tell me your friend
I will tell you who you are
gets an applaud strong in real
as that would get into the insight close.
A stretch of land lies ahead
once a green pasture
where cattle grazed long ago
a sight of greenery everywhere.
The land looks dead now
with no vegetation all over
strains of fissures on the soil
exposing the dire status .
The land stands an example
illustrating the nature’s unpredictability
where rains poured a year ago
experience a drought severe now.
As all things go with statistics
the weather also agrees with forecast
though not to the core in all
they largely align to the feasibility.
Have to pass on with a reference
where most have to get across
whether it be drought or flood
we have to pull through.
The village is in a festival mood
as April heralds summer
with the ceremonies in the round
the temples look beautiful with decorations
shining in its glory.
The people return to their village
open up their homes long left unattended
meet their relatives and friends
a break from their routine
rejuvenating and exciting.
The temple mela goes in full swing
the deities decked come out in procession
the people throng the shrine
offering flowers and grains.
The ten –
day festival brings cheer and fun
also ends up in a note of grace
people renewing contacts of long
assure each other to meet once again.
