Well, there are varying experiences and fears… I don’t perceive fear as the factor which motivates me. I rather think of desire and love as the motivating forces that keep me going. Fear is the obstacle to overcome, and sometimes it becomes a wall which separates and limits… and makes you miserable and reactive in so many negative ways.
