Ruminate an enchantment.
The flip flapping tides,
The rustle rustling leaves
The beep beeping wind,
Sound an enchantment.
The tossing fish,
The loitering birds,
The crossing human,
Profess an enchantment.
The ingenuous Nature,
With its profane beauty,
With its pictorial hue ,
Promises an enchantment
The Fed is concerned about the wrecked economy but not equally condescending towards wrecked lives.
Unemployment is staring hard.
Hundreds of American graduates will face the sign “No Employment”, in the years to come.They would be in a catastrophic cataclysm, in the most abysmal precipice, so that a generation would be doomed , if steps are not taken seriously to create jobs.
Every month the Fed has to create 300,000 jobs.A missed step would bring with it a stream of woe and disillusionment .
Many young Americans would be put up to enormous hardships. Their would not be earnings. The fiscal situation sounds alarming and indignation prevails among the majority.
The Obama administration has satisfied itself of reviving the economy to the brink by introducing the stimulus. But the package has proved insufficient for complete recovery.
The political churning has stopped the liberal transposition ,as the Republicans were not in favour of further advances and the Democrats also shied away from extending pay outs.
Constrained by this political gimmicks and unwelcome symptoms the Obama government had to subjugate itself to an insufficient quota ,thus rendering an uneasy work out that could not complete the project to the fullest satisfaction.
The drawback of not fulfilling the commissioned bail out to the best of the purpose has left the machinery in a state of perplexity .The half-finished programme has let the government badly and made Bernanke’s vision an unfledged dream.
The senate has to gratify the public ,by sanctioning a compensatory lukewarm tenement ,thus enforcing a comfortable schedule to reopen a new avenue in the field of employment.
Jobs can not be created in a haphazard fashion. They have to come out of the establishment of new industries , inducting infrastructure emoluments and restructuring the closed financial institutions.
To do these , the government needs money . The funds have to be in surplus ,as paucity leads to derailment.The elected representatives have to take a careful look and react appropriately,keeping in mind the youth of U.S..
Carving a new state out of an existing state, is irksome.
The states were formed according to the languages spoken in the area ,soon after independence.
Hence the composite Madras sate which comprised ofTamil nadu whose language is Tamil, Andhra ,with Telugu domination Kerala , inhabited by Malayalees and parts of Karnataka, occupied by the Kannadigas.
The Madras state was divided into Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala,and that part of Kannada was conjoined with the rest of Karnataka to form the state of Karnataka with its head quarters in Bangalore.
The Andhra Pradesh state,with the capital at Hyderabad ,had been in existence since 1951. The state made a steady progress .But ,the division of North and South had become so dominant , that the Northern districts have an insecure feeling and a disappointment which is not baseless. The Southern districts of Andhra had had a vast development, leaving the Northern area under practically no progress. The Telengana area ,as the Northern districts refer themselves, have only agricultural growth and nil industrial development.
The Northern parts remained backward in almost all respects, creating a discontent among the people. They felt that the south was dominating their lives and dictating terms to their improvement. Thee was a sense of displeasure and disillusionment ,that made the people to resort to violence. The Andhra Pradesh government held them under its arms by resorting to police excess>The mounting anger has at last bore fruit.
The Central government has accepted the demand of the Telengana people’s demand. But 100 legislators of the Andhra Pradesh assembly have resigned ,in protest .
The rightful demand of the people of the afflicted region has been taken into consideration. There will be trouble, and agitation. There will be unreasonable impudence and aggression. There will be mischievous truancy and upheaval. The central government should ignore all these catapulting .The powerful centre should do justice to the much devastated region.
The Economy is still nervous and it needs support.
Without the stimulus , it is bound to fall.
The Japanese government has opened up a stimulus package to direct the economy in the right path.
The gold surge has come to a halt.
It went so high that the metal became an intangible buy.
Along with it ,its sibling silver was steadily moving ahead.
Now ,both the precious metals are closing down , creating a respite among the buyers.
The stocks which were etching out an upward move , seem to progress in a restricted manner.
There seems to be a buoyancy on a few days , punctuated by a strong restriction on the other days.
That is business . The ups and downs mean true business. If there is an expectation of always high hike then there will not exist any transaction.
The charm in business ,is in the rise and the fall. The rise forces a sell and the fall assumes a buy.So much so, the interest tagged to real value in business is the sweet blow up and the bitter pull down.
This tempo maintains a competition ,that is encouraging and at the same time associates with a momentum that will enliven the economy.
The time has come , where the economy has reached a status that is expected ,and that is in not static.
The year 2009 will end up with the right spirit, almost nullifying the downtrodden feeling that prevailed in 2008.
The year 2010 will rule up with a simmering hope of great acceptance of the economy as it appears in its raw threshold.
The world would have to ike out a possible procedure to bring in a stamping significance in upholding the sordid scope in which Economy has been cast.
The spread of infections is rampant in my part of the land.
They are an epidemic of mosquito bites and incessant rains.
A month back , it was extremely hot , most unusual during late October and November.
During the mid-week of November there was a heavy downpour for ten days , almost nonstop.people were put to undue hardships.
They overcame this unprecedented situation, but were caught by the grip of hazardous health faction.
Every household had and still has a tale of indisposition.
If one of the household complained of high fever , with incorrigible sore throat, another made an issue of the delirium accompanied by body ache. The third made a hue about the rising body temperature with dizziness and joint pain, followed by the fourth which cried of a shooting nerve-wracking warmth with pain in the knuckles.
The hospitals got loaded with patents. The doctors pretended to treat the patient with a high antibiotic and pain killers ,as they were not aware of the disease. The symptoms were so confusing , that the physicians gave a symptomatic prescription..
Many got admitted in the hospitals. If the temperature rose above 103 degree , the doctors gave malaria drug to control the fever . Thus by giving some kind of treatment the ever was kept under control. But there was no incident of casuality. The suffering was unbearable.
The medical world could not cope up with the fast spreading infection.
The blame rests solely on the civic authorities , who show irresponsibility in keeping the environment clean. The drains and drainages are totally polluted and are a breeding place of mosquitoes.
The Municipal Corporation is idle. It remains totally undisturbed by the havoc. The tax it collects for the welfare of the city lies in its coffer. Does it lie safely in the Corporation treasury? or Has it been pocketed by the officials? God Only knows.
The Municipal Corporation which renders such meritorious service to its city Madurai , is laudable and the achievement in promoting ill-health needs a generous pat
Economy is torn.
There are huge holes , heavy dents and radical crossbones.
A torn cloth , if mended never regains its original face.
A glass once broken cannot be fused together.
Adhesives do a job ,but not a completes one.
The shattered economy is in rags.
Geithner and Bernanke tried their best to attach the loose bits together.
They did succeed to some extent, but were pulled by the rousing tempestuous frailties which again endangered the closing survival.
The governments of all nations initiated a stimulus , a bailout, a funding to raise the economy from mortuary.
Few administrations were successful, but the rest were culpable to the ill planning and wrongful programmes.
The world is frigid . It is frozen .
Reasonable schedules, indefatigable promotions, risky endeavours were deployed to extricate the economy.
It just rose its head.
suddenly a new issue surfaced ,giving a blow to the convalescent economy.
The finances were muddled.
The inexplicable forces are dragging the economy southwards.
The latest is the failure of the Dubai World.
A revival is not in the vicinity.
The holes are becoming larger and larger, that it is difficult to darn them.
A sincere attempt to give a sane covering proves fatal.
The illicit , illegal amass of wealth, the hoardings , the tax evasion, the corruption that shroud the economy are so deep that it is highly impossible to relay the economy back in shape.
A stitch in time saves nine, goes the maxim.
A timely needling could have decreased the violent break down.
The fed failed.
The European governments were ovesighted.
The Asian , specifically China and India did well to sustain the crash.
These nations ,once dubbed poor economies have shown an exemplary performance.
Concluding with Matthew Arnold’s words,
“they also serve ,who stand and wait”
The once embittered nations have made a fabulous recovery, making the rich western counterparts blink in awe.
I glance around ,
There is concrete building

What are we aiming at?
Who are we targeting?

The Indian Prime minister Manmohan Singh and his wife are on a four-day visit to U.s.
The couple were treated to a sumptuous dinner by the Obamas .
The dinner was held in the south lawn , with a canopy and ten tables overlooking the Washington monument. The resplendent colours of ruby, apple green and gold along with the floral decoration of roses, hydrangeas, paved a colourful galore.
Michelle Obama in her strapless gown , sewn with sterling silver effortlessly hosted the grand dinner with excellent grace.
Her dress bore the semblance to the attire which adorned the Indian Maharajas. Naeem khan , the Indian apparel designer was at his best in designing the dress.. With bangles on ,she posed a charming figure manifesting the Indian elegance..
She had carefully scrutinised the menu ,which was a powerful mixture of Indian chutneys, potato grumplings, egg-plant salad, and pakoras. The dessert was pumpkin pie tarts . The lettuce soup and the dish of herbal shrubs splattered with honey extracted from the White House bee hives , was a gradient excellence.
The invitees included top Business men from India. Ratan Tata of Tata conglomerate, Mukesh Ambani of reliance, and Sam Pitroda , along with the nobel laureate Amratya sen and his wife. The indian mix did not end there. it extended to the entertainment area also.The Oscar winner A.R. Rehman was on his toes gently elaborating his musical talent.
The Indian has grown in stature. he is a gigantic towering personality. who has inducted himself in Nuclear research, who has exposed himself in Information technology, who has embarked himself in financial stability, who has evinced himself in business progress. who has evoked himself in medical technology., cannot be ignored by the nations and U. S in particular
Gone are the days , when India was referred to as a land o snake charmer, as a country wallowing in poverty , as a nation backward n education , and as a sub continent habited by disease .
There are remnants of poverty, residue of infections, balance of superstition. But on whole and large the Indian national has clambered up. The Indian flag is flying high, taking the nation to the culmination of fame and prosperity.
The U.S has understood the value of India ,at last.
Obama will announce his important decision on Afghanistan after his talks with Indian Prime Minister.
A general feeling of awe and respect has been put in sway by the steady promotion of the Indian pride.
Washington has fully understood the Indian acceleration .
Grand are your ways,
Great are your action,
Glistening in truth,
Glittering in facts,
A significance ahead.
Rare are you to find,

Begining takes time.
End comes in no time
Growth requires duration.
Degeneration sets in quickly.
So ,when the end is drawing near , a winding up is so sudden and so surprising.
This was explicitly felt in Nilgris ,during the heavy rainall that rocked the lovely hilly district Of Tamilnadu, in South india.
The amily of louis , who had gone to sleep in the night , did not wake up, rather there was no remnance of them, the next morning.
The neighbours , who had seen them last evening, could not get a trace of them the next day.
The house was completely buried in the debris. The seven member Louis family also got interred in the soil.
A deadly mourning looms large over the hilly region.
Houses are hanging in mid-air.
Roads are broken.
Electricity is disrupted.
Land keep on sliding .
Last week,
Rain was pouring in torrence.
People lay in utter fear and absolute terror.
What is going to happen next?
A deep thinking and a keen look out of the miserable scenario would reveal a disgusting truth.
This debacle is man-made.
It is we ,who have recklessly indulged in building flats, cottages.
The soil in this region does not permit high raised buildings.
But we , out of greed , keep on enhancing the storeys .
The floors ,yield money, filling our coffers.
The land slip would have not occurred except for this unmindful prologue.
The water would have flown through the channels freely , if not for irrational constructions.
As usual ,the rich benefit , the mid income group and the lower strata receive the brunt .
It is they who suffer, who get hurt, who lose their lives, who subdue and diffuse in melancholy.
