the anger could trigger
an animosity in the larger
there are ways to say
accusation is not the only way
firm words would keep one in a bay
before that look at yourself first
are you, above any criticism in test?
could you render your best?
if given an opportunity
say it with all humility
if yes, take up with courage
perform without any demurrage
halt your curse with an action
enjoy the sanction the credit be yours
the credit be yours
hereafter let it be your course.
Gone are the days
when people lived
and died with respect.
Now reverence is spiteful
while money is wonderful
bringing in cheer and ostentation
shunning warmth and moderation.
Heightened by the wealth
people go about in stealth
trying to surpass one another
calling for a debate of each other
as who is powerful and wealthy
as who could spend extravagantly
and if one remains modest
remarking he be a miser to detest
continues the controversy
high and low in a situation trendy
arguments rise up and down
sometimes causing a frown
where sincerity gets stifled
and disdain rises up in trifle
sealing all changes securely
fastening the doors closely
caring something in a challenge.
creating nothing in a revenge.
It was a peculiar event
crossing me by chance
without any real access
never intended to participate
as I never knew about it
but pulled in by a strange force
wherein it came i do not know
but it put me in the middle
blinking widely with my large eyes.
without knowing what to do
without understanding how to proceed
got into the milieu
and presided over the event
uttering something
relevant or irrelevant
I know not but got through it
with an ease and completed it
with a comfort never once fumbling
Well, a gift I possess
to get over any eventuality without difficulty.
The experience taught me a well designed philosophy
that to
meet the challenge with a bite
you are sure to emerge triumphant.
Heard of slice of bread for sure.
It keeps the tummy full all the more.
Heard about the slice of cake not unsure
It makes the lip smack ever more.
Heard about the slice of life in an assure.
It is a narration of experience nothing more.
Bread is for sustenance no doubt.
It is the basic requirement for all.
Cake is for a difference no doubt.
It is a desired inclination for the tall.
Life is a reference no doubt.
It is a practical restoration before a fall.
Slices give directions almost.
Leading to an enactment in their way.
Survival is never a question most.
Enjoyment is also never a problem most.
Pulling on is ever a challenge almost.
So slices are but reactions definite at the most.
