The magical charm in us
Reveals itself in a buzz,
The disciplined tradition in us,
Explains itself in a fuss,
The inherent trait in us,
Manifests itself in a lush,
The good quality in us,
Defends itself in a rush
The lovely nature in us ,
Depicts itself in a crush,
The epitome of all such
Is delivered in the epithet “Right HO”
Water ,water everywhere,
Was a tale of yore,
Rains were copious,
Rivers were surplus,
Ponds were full.
It was a wholesome full
Deep down goes the bore well
Down to 400 feet,
Further to 600 feet,
Still deep to 1000 feet,
Piercing the earth,
But no water anywhere.
Houses were laid out,
With plenty of air flout,
Trees encircled the lay out,
Breeze circumvented the sit out,
It was cool in the roundabout.
There was lot of fun in the silhouette.
Sky scrapers are rising high,
Up , up they sigh,
Making an expensive buy,
Cement and mortar create a tie,
Winds unable to pose a fly,
There is a plenty of toil in the cry.
As the earth gets undone,
As the sky sneaks through the run,
The warmth enters in a ton,
The water dries up in a none
Releasing wilfully a scarcity boon
Living amidst enemies ,
Needs enormous fortitude,
Dwelling among feigned amis,
Requires stoic attitude,
Moving with ardent chummies,
Leads to gratitude,
Interacting with snobbish dummies,
necessitates enhanced platitude,
Enduring nominal mummies
Needs empowered rectitude.
Tolerating distinct binamies
Limits excess beatitude.
Finally heeding to deadly proxies,
Haunts definite resilience
Day in and day out,
Things come to a float,
Nothing so particular ,
Noticing none familiar,
Doing nothing specific,
Making none terrific,
Keeping nothing immaculate,
Inducing none to percolate,
Steering nothing important
Driving none significant,
Waking up to the routine,
Living slowly in between,
Thinking of the future,
Brooding over the closure,
Eating a bland food
Drinking an iced brood
Loitering out aimless,
Carousing over meaningless,
Yet it is a similar day.
Though we call it another day
It is easy to say,
To keep tempers at bay,
It is simple to call,
To be firm during fall,
It is an interesting chatter,
T o talk about in a banter,
It is a facility to point out,
Fingers without doubt.,
It is an old tradition ,
Which keeps in fusion
The character and traits ,
While you stand and wait.
She has a pretty smile,
Which makes her face glow,
She has kindly eyes,
Which gives her an easy flow
She has a beautiful expression,
Which makes her mellow,
She has a positive touch,
Which adds to her show,
She has a graceful poise,
Which enhances her shadow,
She has a piercing sight,
Which tells about her know,
She practises no rehearsal,
For she herself is a lovely
damsel
A sagacity against evil struck ,
With a great pluck,
Putting one to wonder,
As how to render,
The things much sought,
But held by onslaught,
Fielding a proposition.
Against a requisition,
Which is bound by legality,
But captured by atrocity,
Lining up a row of distractions,
Plunging more into destructions
Refusing the rightful heir,
His lawful fare
Casting an unwanted despair,
Creating a treacherous fanfare,
Why do they indulge in such wicked fun?
As the life span is too little in the run.
Why do they seize those that are not theirs?
As a sly fox gobbling other’s prey.
Will they not think of their progeny?
As their earnings good and bad affect the destiny.
Oh what a wonderous crime they harbour!!
In the bosom of innate glamour
A resonance from memory echoes
A sustenance from life replicates
A tolerance in excess,
Leads to a distress,
An endurance too much,
Takes to levels such,
That renders an unlimited scope ,
Of fear and no hope,
Making a sordid chagrin,
The better of migraine,
Provoking a nonpareil ache,
And a distempered sake,
Extracting a retarded compulsion,
Manipulating a not supportive obsession,
Letting a gothic susceptibility,
Erasing the faith in Almighty,
Confirming a distorted veracity,
Almost wearing a garb of disagreement,
Always hiring a disarming tenement
The range of faith
Varies from few to nil.
The ways and means,
To deride with contempt,
To demean with attempt,
To destroy with fervent,
To cheat with arrogance,
To illegally seize
To cast a siege,
To devastate a being,
To quell the mortal,
Is a disenchanting temper,
Unqualified to dampen the spirit,
Which is eternal,
Which is invincible,
To the decrying indulgence.
The eloquence was fiery,
The oration was a call,
A loud claim tall,
Inviting the youth,
To participate in the sleuth,
Stressing the precedence ,
Of the sustained diligence,
Invigorating the precepts
Of the moral concept,
Initializing the relevance
Of sincere presence,
Centering on an interest
Of essential trust
Concluding on a positive notation,
Hailed as a scholarly quotation.
