Not a fairy, mind you

not an angel to see through

a tall lanky figure

features not so exciting either

not found poise rather

with that grace goes missing

she being so in tone and texture

behaves superciliously in society

as though she is a leader

demands and delivers actions

delivers and decides on schemes

nothing there be much of worth

hurls unwanted remarks with pungency

many a one want to retort

but resist themselves from involvement

works to her advantage very well

as she glides with an incorrigible flair..

The Choice.

The classic choice they say

creates an impression in a way

that be true in all ways

choosing every time the best

tries out the energy lest

yet we go through with a zest

finally end up with a worst.

Being good id good

being bad is great

a good man is modest

acts for the good

recognised not in the world

lives and dies not known

a bad man poses as good

performs in places unfamiliar

patronizes and donates

acquires repute in no time

lives in fame and ignominy both

dies with a brand evil.

The way goes in a round about
with turns and twists all about
not be one straight road ahead
a long distance be it instead
negotiate is the essence all round
where obstacles come up all round
speed is not possible at this frontier
patience is tracked in the dernier
if that be the practice in the go
all things would fall in a row
would lead to a triumph in the run
end up in an enjoyment and fun

The Middle Path

The features that I read
The creatures that I see
The ventures that I undertake
The debentures that I choose
all go to make a compromise
that I acquire through the years
that I behold all through the days
that I explore all the time
that I accumulate in durations
all go to make an accommodation
that is found not elsewhere
not told in tenements
not agered in errands
always caught in the midair
across midway in the midterm
that be the middle path in turn.

The Slender

The figure is slender
I would call it though
thin is not the word
the elegance is not found
as thin is out of context
a wee aside from the rest
the word slender goes easy
with fine touches in the feel
that thin lacks in effect
the sensation and thrill
one experiences in the description
where slender travels with a comfort
a light deviation from the seriousness
a verse to enjoy and go through
with love and grace in total
an all one to all intensity in absolute.
