why not I do not know
could be of ignorance
nay not I feel
be major on indifference
want not to understand
act as though he is innocent
not I think so in the reality
it is being done wantonly
all cause of indifference
wants not to understand
I attribute it to adamancy
could be entirely a stubborness
do not know what to call
lo! it is mulish being the apt one .
Love that holds
beauty that beholds
suspicion that withholds
being these in hold
one goes about bold
has to be told
not to fold
opportunity is gold
whilst it is rolled
grab it before it becomes cold
a practice of old.
Let that be how you live
could be of an eyesore to some
being in a sense of envy
the way you dress
attired in an immaculate white
could hurt many in a way
the way you carry yourself
with dignity and charm
could incite many in a way
the manner you speak and interact
would ignite many in a way
the food you eat with caution
could also kindle fury to many in a way
so be that your life
a cause of flutter to many in a way.
The ingredients that make a dish
could be of varied quality
the best be not the substance
if one goes not by the standard .
I know a woman who is independent
cooks on not any recipe as such
has her own way to process
measures not in spoons or in grams
just picks and mixes in the stuff
her fingers be her own measure
salt she just sprinkles as she cooks
so does she adds spice and chilly
the way she wants and she likes
it is all in her eyes and hands
no particular study nor any precise definition
the final preparation is so delicious and mouth watery
provokes one to take again and again
she does not teach or instruct
as she does not possess any regular formula
it is the watchful eye that sees and performs
it is the deft finger that executes in strength
while the ladle clatters on the pans and pots
a sumptuosity and splendour all too well seen.
Likening to a thunder
came down a boulder
fell down with a noise
made things look like toys
men working ran away
apprehensive of the fall in a way
luckily none were too near
could save their life dear
the mishap caused a furore
the neighbours raised an uproar
nothing could have been done
as the prevention was all done
certain happenings could not be predicted
reasons could never be attributed
the case could be felt in life too
unknown and unforeseen take place true.
The water was flowing down the stone
so were the thoughts going down in a tone
the ripples caused a furore in the swirl
the ideas brought in a fervour in the twirl
the water went up and down in force
the thoughts rose high and low through the course
the tide ended into the ocean 
in the stage
the reflections merged into wisdom in a range.
It is fun
to play with the gun
not nowadays
as terrorism is rampant
you would be not triumphant
could come under an arrest
without anyone’s behest
beware of the gun
it is no more fun.
The wonder it is
archaic it looks
pillars tall and elegant
arches intrinsic and decorative
corridors large and wide
bays lively and big
the doors magnificent and majestic
the windows subtle and strong
all the adjectives go to make
no need more qualifying words
as the wonder I see with awe
stands out without any flaw
an architectural marvel in all
should be seen by all.
Good being in the nature
being so in the feature
hard to find in all creatures
a quality hard to reach
being easy to breach
easier to ditch
would cause no hitch
as it could be stitched
mended many a time almost
donned by everyone at the utmost
the goodness is wonderful innermost
not seen vibrant in the exterior
lights up and brightens the interior
well, it is a criteria all the way superior.
It is a long time in absence
want to impress my presence
I am here with no reference
my poems do make a difference
as they are spontaneous
come from the soul instantaneous
never do I deliberate continuous
nor do I write anything ambiguous
they being plain and poetic
being 
simple and rhythmic
never do I indulge in didactic
my writings are simple and modest
well, I write in all earnest
could at times provoke fun and zest.
