Reading a lot is a pastime.
Writing a lot is full-time
Listening a lot is part-time.
Watching a lot all time
that be my alibi throughout my lifetime
being an enhancement all the times
giving an exaltation most times
raising my spirit to the sublime every time.
Well, that is how I have been living all the times
A reading done with attention
goes to give knowledge fine
releasing a lovely shine
as the face lights up externally
so does the mind internally
with the gain in wisdom
man errs seldom
knowing what and when to do
keeping away from what not to do
that being an enlightenment great
secured 
out of reading in a rate.
Reading became an obsession
taking me away from the mundane
forgetting the earthly distraction
making me in a way sane
away from the world of inaction
where the untenable reigns
almost to a hypnotic reaction
converting achievements to wane
arresting progress in a digression
posing a life as a bane.
Reading through the minds
I was able to land on great finds.
Mines seem easy to get in
minds prove difficult to set in.
yet my way is to read through
tracking down how it grew
tracing down its designations
inferring a lot out of intimidation
concluding their worth without trepidations.
Sleeping sound
with a noisy snort
he woke up in a sort
as if duty bound.
Reading profound
with an unusual care
he looked bare
as if totally ground.
Writing about new-found
with a real flair
he appeared fair
as if perfectly sound.
Walked of in a round
along the less traversed road
in the daylight broad
as if chased by a hound.
Thus going in and out
he reached his destination
with a great distraction
as if he be all throughout.
Reading into the statement
caught hold of a tenement
that spoke of various indictment
calling for an annulment
of the proclaimed announcement .
Reading between the statement
grasped the infringement
that had taken place in the intermittent
wanted to justify it with a document
that had been kept in concealment.
Reading it over and over again
going through the parts of gain
saw many entries imitating and feign
having camouflaged the real with strain
the statement looked distanced from the brain .
The world I know
is seen from my lounge.
A few hours in the internet
keeps me going with a understaning
bringing the world to me closer.
A few more hours of reading’
takes me to the past
when my ancestors lived,
also to the present
when my children exist.
With a few more hours listening to music
bring memories of the singers
who were hailed as masters
and still remembered for their prowess.
The rest of the hours is dedicated to slumber
that which is a temporary death
taking a chance that if I open my eyes
i am still alive and if eyes not opened
I have passed off into the past.
Reading well enhances knowledge.
The well read impart best tutelage.
Reading thorough directs a lovely arrange.
Intensive read indicates a wholesome average.
Reading entire releases a fine coverage.
In depth read embarks on a neat footage.
Reading persistently revives an extensive foliage.
A comprehensive read for sure expresses a leverage.
Reading with love is a lively delightful anchorage.
