A Blow Up.
It was a blow up,
An actor on the canvas,
Brimming with a heavy made up.
It was a blow up,
A politician on the wall,
With a flashy roll up.
It was a blow up,
Of the episode on the streets,
With a cock and bull stories cooked up.
It was a blow up,
Of the skirmish in a family,
As implanted tit bits flow up.
It was a blow up,
Of the issues in economy,
As concocted by the adversaries round-up.
It was a blow up,
Of the scams in the country,
As the fundamentals are raked up.
It was a blow up,
Of the veracity of faith,
As non beliefs heap up.
Blow ups visual and abstract,
Invigorate a pretext,
Bewildering And Bewitching
Loud or soft .
Is bewildering.
Beauty in light,
Young or old ,
Is bewitching.
Madness in men,
Mild or strong,
Is bewildering.
Wisdom in human,
Small or great,
Is bewitching.
Stealthy in walk,
Slow or deliberate,
Is bewildering.
Grace in gait,
Tall or short
Is bewitching.
Rude in words,
Harsh and crude,
Is bewildering.
Kind in action,
Pleasant and helpful,
Is bewitching.
Truth and fair,
In speech and act,
Is bewilderingly bewitching.
,
Hot And Cold
I Fear Dogs
They are fearful to me,
I had three dogs in all,
Which I got as pups free .
Ampi was quiet and lovely
It was alert and happy
Never unruly but always friendly.
Yet I was afraid of Ampi.
The second one lasted a while ,
Got wayward and become bad,
With heavy heart banished it to an exile,
Yet I was scared of the lad.
Jeffrey the last one of its kind,
To be reared at my house
Was a rogue and rage blind,
A terror to all without grouse.
Barking and snarling at strangers,
Charging and going around them,
Guarding them as a ranger,
Biting them at their first move glum.
All through its long innings,
It lived untamed and untrained,
At the sight of my boys started grinning,
Nudging and nestling close as well-trained.
I fear dogs both at home and away,
Know no reason for my apprehension.
I feel it is an inborn ,inherent fray,
Handed over to me by ancestral inhibition.

Cool Your Heels
The agitation was strong and directed
The temper was high and inflated,
Shouts and cries were exalted,
It was for a right cause .
The administration was helpless,
The police were clueless,
The people were faultless,
Fighting for a noble cause.
Patience is a virtue negative.
Cry the indignant mass in unanimity,
Justice is for all is only suggestive,
It requires a placid authenticity.
The tolerance level has coursed down,
Creating an
upheaval as a shoot down
Cool your heels is an idiomatic run down ,
Which leads us to a definite show down
Am I A Visionary?

Cereals oat meal and cream wheat,
Supplement the morning diet,
As the world over now rejoices,
On pre-cooked ready to eat food.
Gone are the days when ,
Baking and boiling,
Frying and steaming,
Took the energy away.
Break open a pack,
Put them into the bowl,
Pour hot or cold milk,
Eat and it is done.
Go about your work,
What to do for lunch?
Again tear open a sachet
Containing cooked meals .
Everything is over in minutes,
No need of a kitchen,
Nor do we require,
Stove and oven.
Expecting a same temper,
For other chores,
Like bath and wash,
All to be done in seconds.
If minutes and seconds work,
What is the need?
For hours and days,
Months and years.
Longevity advances ,
To 70, 80 and 90,
What to do ?
So long and so forth.
Hours will become a day,
Day assumes the year,
Year opts for a decade,
Decade extends to a century.
Monotony sets in,
Old turn stale,
Young feel bored,
No work takes the toll.
Smoky Fumes
Smokes leave a disenchantment,
Wherever they are found,
Whenever they surround,
However much they abound.
White fumes from the burning red,
Emanates from a large fire,
Engulfing the atmosphere,
Polluting the ecosphere.
Black fumes from the exhaust ,
Signifies a deadly pollutant,
Carbon and soot are the resultant,
Afflicting the stratosphere in fluent.
Hot fumes rise up the chimney,
While cold air sinks down,
Making the neighbours frown,
Also they disturb Nature’s crown.
Light fumes from the cigar,
Drawn into the mouth effortlessly
Puffing variant flavours wholesomely,
In every direction effectively.
Mercy is twice blessed,
Blesses the one that gives,
And the one that takes,
Balancing the trades.
Smokes all in general,
Cigars in particular,
Kill one who consumes,
And the one who inhales.
Stitch In Time Saves Nine.

Stitch across the torn piece of cloth,
Stitch over a tattered piece of heart,
To save it from deterioration fast,
It is hard to restore the originality lost.
Stitch on time to arrest the fault,
Stitch secure to prevent more tear,
Before the irrevocable lands bare,
Setting in motion an expensive fare.
Stitch crossly to enliven the charm,
With red roses and green leaves,
With yellow fruits on huge trees,
That dangle like balls in the cool breeze.
Stitch intricately into the design,
With pink , blue and brown threads,
Giving a pleasant shade and blend,
Creating a sensational trend.
Stitch in tact the broken heart,
With kindness and compassion,
Aiding to unwind the depression,
Carefully dealing with the oppression.
Stitch over a cloth prolongs its life,
Stitch over a heart proposes longevity fine,
Makes the heat beat in rhythmic twine,
It is stitch in time saves nine.
