The Place I Live.


The sun is all through

not in the day alone

find it in night all through

hiding behind a veil of darkness.

 

Experience no breeze whatsoever

it is only the sun shine all over

where to turn for solace?

finally feel lost in the race.

 

It is a breathe of hot air

the in and out being a care

breathe in  with a spasm of heat

breathe out with a lot of beat.

 

It is an early summer

none asked for it rather

it lands on its own like a fire

a ball of flames seen through the shire.

 

If it continues so then there is a catastrophe

a sure one in the nearest area  in totality

how one is going to cope up  is beyond comprehension

a sure struggle is in the offing best of reason.

could be meek

I prefer it that way

as it suits me in a way

small  is beautiful

simple is always wonderful

meek  in a sense is quiet and submissive

the place I like is  fine and conducive

would like to settle in tranquility

where peace reigns in superlative.meek

The Place I Live.


A place where you live

be it small or big

belongs to you full and full

the affinity you develop

the affability you grow

puts you in a comfortable  seat

like not to go away for long

wish to sit there  with joy

whatever be the odds and struggle

a spirit holds anyone always

is it good or bad I do not know

for me it takes me very far

into the realms of fantasy

where I spend most of my time

dreaming, day dreaming

enjoying every minute of my life.

The Place Nothing Happens.


I live in a place

where nothing happens

if in a case

anything happens

it does in a restaurant

you could see all of the jaunts

filled with people in  a torrent

they flock and haunt

spend time over a cup of tea

sip ans sip the tea for hours

articulately talk with glee

there could be few lovers

the rest being business minded

talk much of their business aloud

not bothered of the kindred

this be the place I live

where  nothing could ever happen.

The Motivation


Things have to be done

a let off would  lead to a halt

that be the motivation behind

going with a deep involvement

the factors being pointed out

the figures being worked out

the graph being drawn

the strategies framed with skill

a lot of attention being diverted

the outcome would have been wonderful

if the time had been in favour

so that goes by the belief

be there in the right time

at the right place being vital right place

then you catch the opportunity

with that you get off the mark .

The Other Side Of It


Living in a place where I am known

gives  a pain and a trial unknown

setting a very uneasy tone

 

Seeing someone who has done harm

tends to induce a disquieting  calm

that forces me to lose my charm.

 

Relocating at this part of life being hard

I have to  safely play the card

and move on in life with a big nod.

A Four Letter Word.


It is a four letter word.

Call it what you may.

It is  on the sign board.

It  denotes a place.

Many names are below it.

They also stand for places.

The four letter word stands first.

Look at it, nothing else.

The command reckons.

She being a scholar stays put.

She gazes at it from afar.

Nothing is visible.

The colours blue and white sparkles.

She sits  puzzled.

She sees no letters

She perceives  a writing vague.

She squints her eyes.

Tries to decipher.

She could not.

It is a four letter word.

Shouts  the voice.

She keeps silent

She has become an illiterate.

She expresses a wry smile.

She makes no noise.
