A sound unheard
khe, khe, ko.
A step so loud
thud, thud.
A breath heavy
whiz,whiz
caused a fear
as the heart jumped out
and the eyes protruded
a sensitive theme
one of unknown horror
thought to let it go
impossible it seemed
a mysterious experience
unable to unravel.

That Be A Silence.
That be a silence
that be a quietness
still and sombre
sober and quaint
a little awesome
more into dreary
a walk to the corner
seems a horror
a look down the lane
is a strain terrible
flowers burst out in colours
trees put forth a greenery
the path is immaculate
none the else to groan
not the more to mourn
yet there is a succour
a way into the realm of fear.
The Black Cat
A black cat was roaming around
it was black,as black as coal
No strain of another colour in a bound
nor any lighter kind of darkness on role.
Being black it was not slack.
it was daring and brave
and moved around with a knack
that it posed a confrontation grave.
This black cat came into my garden
squeezing through the gatethe day before.
I keep food for birds every now and then
only that much sufficient for the birdie’s repose.
In one bite the cat gobbled the food
walking past my yard in great stride
found out the food was for its brood
not to the birds anymore as they hide.
Blackie, nicknamed so, became a rowdy
as days passed by he proposed a terror
snarling and showing his teeth like a bawdy
making the children around cry in horror.
The cat which came leisurely into my yard
now threatens me out of the house
if I be kind and act tard
he would dri
ve me out to find another house.
Vampires existed in folk-lore.
They were depicted in tales of yore.
They created a bloody sore.
They sucked the blood to the core.
Mythology abounds with their horror portraits
Greeks and Romans spoke of their terror straight.
Christianity refers allegorically to their existence in trait.
Asians represent the being with hair hanging upright.
Vampires are no more myths in the real sense.
They are found almost in every place over the fence.
Oppression is a sign of drinking blood beyond the lens.
The powerful go about with unmindful impertinence.
The potent do play a havoc with rigour.
The cheats out beat them by their trigger.
Treachery is a connivance that creates a snigger.
Ruthlessness is an atrocity that condemns all others to a meagre.
There are innumerable sects of vampires in society.
As countless incidents contribute to their impropriety.
Folk-lore did not pass on anything without sobriety.
Nevertheless the stories of vampires kindle our anxiety.
