the ups and downs draw a caress
the man behind the wheels drives with ease
the one beside goes with a please
if that be a straight path in all deeds
The turns and curves cause a distress
with the driver always on a press
the fellow traveller feels restless
results in an disenchanted status.
It being a long road
Very wide and broad
With nothing in between
No town or village seen
Going through it is an experience
Relieving the feelings tense
The length being not certain
The travel seems to have no pattern
With no place to stop over and rest
The drive grants a lively test
The endurance works to a maximum
With the exhaustion making one dumb
The long journey does not seem to end
Lending a parallel to the life’s bend
That of going through the ordeals with belief
Hoping to come out with a blissful relief.
Well, the travel this way by a drive straight
Symbolically illustrates the life’s sail too, right!
It is a game
a life game
a sport not for fun
has meanings in ton
a give away in the course
keeps up the tempo in force
a take along in terms
renders a renewal in form
that be the game of life
where passion is the strife
there be no winners in all
also oo losers in fall
it is a win-
win situation
if the partners act without friction
this is to be found
not in younger days bound
has to continue till the end
without encountering any bend
that be the path to success
a gaiety in the process.
The pattern of true life
is a straight forward strife
sharp as a double-edged knife.
Sincerity is not seen mostly
found in pockets honestly
a rarity that is distinct eventually.
The dubious prosper
while the upright remain demure
fallacy obviously an allure.
The designs are well crafted
the easiest finds itself drafted
the difficult are left as unwanted.
Thus the patterns are formed
the angels become deformed
the devils turn out in full form.
The world moves on towards the vicious
as it leaves the portions that are precious
the invalid indices look infectious.
The carcinoma spreads as fast as it could
destroys the echo pattern as it would
a devastation is seen in the like
lihood.
Talk he not relevant
speaks he not truth
curses all the more
swears all the most
foul-mouthed he is
spreads scandals on the go
spills out slanders on the move.
He has lived long so
not bothered about other’s hurt
dwells with pride at his skill
he is an entertainer at first
then comes his second deal
it is sarcasm to the core
a pointed attack severe.
Such men do live
a parasite like entity
glorified by their tongue
relished by the evil
yet they prosper
a life based on others sweat
a creature to be condemned
Eating to the brim
with no space
is life destroying
Eating to half full
with room for more
is life saving
Eating the minimum
with place for a lot
lends a life-giving.
Expecting nothing out of life
that which received came in the course
that being lost which works out great
went without coming to me at all.
As the rivers flow through with ripples
life pass through without much events
there being no furore or flutter great
going by the tide being the way.
Has had many misgivings in life
settled back with contours of grievance
had to overcome them in the go
otherwise would have been sealed by their ridges.
Perceiving a steep mountain unnerved me
the height and loftiness made me lose hope
awed by its massiveness I stood below
amazed by its beauty I became enchanted.
That being the essence of life in a verse
the mountainous passage having a meandering path
negotiating and walking high up with strain
a pursuit difficult but not impossible
Pursuing the clamber with a will and focus
forgetting that directionless climb would lead astray
slowly and steadily have made the way
being an achievement calling for an award.
Life saving drug there be
that saves the life might be
being expensive with after effects
leading to a brain demise
others too with a surmise
that be of a stroke and
restricted move all the more
sometimes showing a great risk
that of an intestinal disorder
going by all these illness on the whole
be it serious or terminal
pronounces a dire consequence
that would predict a danger
Well! nothing is in our hands
the morn we live hale and healthy
the night we breathe last
A baby being born
a new life is switched on
there be a cry lasting long
that be the sign of life with a belong.
The cry otherwise not heard
signals a consequence dire in the stead
that be not everything alright
there be an anomaly in sight.
Crying turns out to be a significance
which ordinarily calls for a weakness
that reflecting a sadness and apprehension
being an outcome of strain and tension.
The baby’s first cry spreads joy
the mother looking at the boy
beaming with pride and achievement
that of begetting a child with nourishment.
The baby then sleeps cosily
attended to with great care and easily
as the timely feeds by the mother
proves sufficient appeasing his hunger.
The first cry being really important
as the sound becoming pertinent
representing the evolution of life
also implying the boy’s future strife.
Reading a lot is a pastime.
Writing a lot is full-time
Listening a lot is part-time.
Watching a lot all time
that be my alibi throughout my lifetime
being an enhancement all the times
giving an exaltation most times
raising my spirit to the sublime every time.
Well, that is how I have been living all the times
