The birds are up with vigour
after a gap of half a year
happy to see them make noise
chirp they do with delightful choice
chatter they engage with cheer

The call of the black bird invigorates.

with that the world has set its stage.

The birds are messengers in a way

should be a reason to revel with no burden
it is the rains that be the reason
that which poured without any treason
released a wonderful scenario in ebullience.

Water is the life-giver in true sense.
It is a provider of all prosperity in trend.
Without it the world could not pull on
A scarcity would end up in a doom.
Well, that should never be allowed all through.

Take away the adjective
it sounds too wordy.
Take away the gerund
it makes it continuous
Take away the article
it looks very sedentary.
Take away the thought
it does not cope well.
Take away all the matter
they give a different texture .
All that is taken away by the poet
only the poem is not found
this in short is a workshop
that destroys the originality
very greatly they call
for thick-skinned people
with that the skin is torn and left bare
the poem is nowhere to be seen
repairs done without any retrieve.

The symptoms and causes
whether it be for a disease
for weather or economy,
are mostly pseudonyms .

Pain is a symptom
swelling fills the drum

So much to say
the economy is in a sway
with ups and downs
that explores a frown.

So be the weather
with predictions thither
rains would scamper
sun would dampen.

The directions are in general

they are not exact almost

turns into another man’s meat

A Year After.

The marriage a year ago
where the bride and groom in slow

after they promised to shed their ego.

The girl did not socialize freely with her in-laws
she withdrew into a shell , that be her major flaw

The man wanted to preserve the marriage

he camouflaged artfully the estrange.

There was no intimacy whatsoever
the girl lived on her own, a way clever
while the boy was confounded to loneliness
as no consummation happened without tenseness

The marriage has now hit the rocks
giving juicy food to people’s talks
the divorce finally has been filed
the relationship so far is pretentious and guiled.

The patience and understanding are not found
the economic liberty has laid a firm ground
the dependence is missing on the scene
which brought out an affability in deem.

I am from the age-old school of thoughts
where give and take were emphatically taught
economy never came into the family’s threshold
the theory stoop to conquer was the hold.

I lived so with an adjustment all through
annoyed at times furiously I flew
then softened down to the core without a show
that way I marked my existence in the flow.

My experience would fall in deaf ears, I know
as this era is known for the currency glow
where love and affection find no place
as there is a mad, mad money chase.
