The Day ALL Along

The morning begins with a call
not of importance at all
but claiming to be greatly tall
so had to listen with calm
that been my way all along.

The afternoon gets interrupted by a visit
not of importance again in an insist
but have to entertain without any resist
so had to endure being patient
that been my way all along.

The evening saw an experience
totally away from the importance
but have to undergo without any sequence
so went across it with quietness
that been my way all along.

The night comes with an alarm
predominantly not one of charm
but have to go through it being no harm
so bore it with an equanimity
that been my way all along.

The Day Out

Day in and day out
go the years out
with the decided fall out
where men go out
searching for a living out and out
while children venture out
wanting to learn in and out
where the sun comes out
filling the world with light throughout
and naturally it goes out
plunging the world in darkness out and out
the rain failing in a time out
causing a famine and drought
with the wind blowing fiercely in a rage out
destroying the environment in a fall out
the fire with a fury breaks out
ranging across causing a rout
with that the day comes to an ending all stout

where nothing lies firm and decided in a knock out.

Call it a day they say

how to call it I say

being wonderful they say

how wonderful I say

having turned successful they say

they frown and say

get lost in a way

Days Fly BY

The days fly in such speed
that before we rise up
and get along the day disappears.
Why is the day in such a hurry?
Thinking of that for a moment
as much time could not be spared
because the day closes up quick
I found out that he day has grown impatient
with us lazy guys spending time as we wish
and taking the day for granted
not paying attention to its existence
not giving its due credit
antagonized by our behaviour
the day comes and goes in such velocity
In a way it is doing its duty perfectly
whilst we procrastinate, delay and drag
as we want and as we think at its expense.

An Apple A Day

An apple a day keeps the doctor away
goes the maxim with an emphatic stress
many fruits claim the same way
as they also have nutrition in excess.
Fruits do give adequate vitamins in the fray
while they are new and deliciously fresh
They release a healthy growth on the way
when consumed in right proportional plus.
Every fruit has a lovely taste for sure
Some are sweet and mouth-watering to eat
others are sour but still a delight for ever.
Few are though bitter still tasty beyond beat.
Not apple alone is healthy say the rest in chorus
With pears and grapes claiming the top rank
while mango and tropical fruits call with an arouse
plums and peaches speak out in a voice a bit tanked
the lesser known ones mangostin and durian give a chose
being liked by a few and detested by many keeping away from the bank
With their voices heard with a bang and with a whisper altogether
one can conclude that the maxim is just a careless include.

The Day And Night.

With the din and dust settling in
the day withdraws under the sea.
There being nothing more to thin
the city became closer to the lazy tree

The lights come out in yellow and white
making the city glow with illumination
the sound and music fill up the night
creating a noise of great denomination

Men and women gather in dining places
eating out with the family once in a way
spending much money on food of orient traces
allowing the children spend some time gay.

Returning home they go to bed
with the fortune spent on dining out
the man counting his shillings instead
the woman winding up in a fashion stout.

The night is almost half over
with dropping eyes they do sleep
thinking of nothing in the hang over
as the sun rises into a gentle peep.

A Little Out Of Way.

A little out of way
going out to help anyway
went to the homes far away
intending to comfort the inmates in a way
taking their hands in a sway
holding them in gay
telling them in a say
that I love them all the way
I do come to them not for pay
but to pass on the radiant ray
never to let them in the fray
but to provide them all that I may
as I could do day after day.

The Day Passes.

The day has gone past.
The events have fled fast.
They have moved away from the original.
Things that could have concluded in internal
has come out in the public to the external.
That which seemed to be cumbersome
has turned out not to be loathsome.
Expecting not such terms all along
had to remain with fingers crossed
keeping the mouth shut all through
but with watchful eyes examining through
a conclusion is yet to come into force

Sauntering through the world of dreams
where everything seems to be fantastic
with pride and joy gathering in a beam

she sleeps through the night in a gleam.

Come morning she has to face the real
where everything appears to be drastic
with duty and work leading to an original
where all things are weighed by a yardstick
she passes the day with absolute trial.

The Day.

The day with a dawn bright
seems to be set right
with work and toil straight
with care and fear at heights
thinking aloud of the duties first
deliberating how to execute them best

the activity of life moves on with credibility
