Limitations.

Limitations being many

they being too many

wanting to get ahead is a tedium

as it brings with it a delirium

that takes the mind away

creating a chaotic intrusion anyway

they keep boggling the thoughts

not allowing a move of any sort

there be restrictions here

that say it is too hard to cross near

there being a confinement there

that proclaim it is a task to do it with care

as the deviations appear to be extraordinary

the mindsceases it operations and becomes dreary

releasing a kind of inconvenience and a suffocation

ordained to land in an emptiness without any provocation.

One More Day

The day is long

with nothing to do

almost dry and warm’

with no rain

being very sultry and sombre

with no activity whatsoever

the breeze is not felt

with no birds flying out

every thing seems to be calm

as being a Sunday

the day of the week

when there be a holiday all over

where there is no bustle and hustle

only the inmates in their parlour

ating and munching something or other

with their eyes glued to the television

while the child watch the Disney land

the adults get themselves tuned to movies

that had the headlines

well that be for the day

as it also has to move away

and pass into oblivion all the way.

The Road I Take

The road I take

leads me away

as I take not the normal route

going by an exclusive one

that is shorter and quicker

free from the rush

with no stopping of signals

no halting due to traffic chaos

sounds little imaginative

yet it is true and factual

I take this always as my way

going by a different road

the road not taken by all

not only while travelling

but all through other deviations

that keep me in a place

very much away from the rest

the choice always being exclusive.

Over And Above.

The over and above

there be a branch

butting out from a big tree

where there are many fruits

easily accessible to everyone

that being in an enclosed garden

the reach is little tamed

thought the boys did not let it go

they stood up on each other

one over the other like a pile

sufficient to reach the top

got hold of the branch

shaking it brought the fruits down

while the owner came running with anger

the boys ran off in such speed

while the owner stood there helpless

The Fall Down

A beautiful flower

bright and yellow

falls down

hurting none

A lively child

falls down

hurting itself badly

not the place where it fell.

A pretty girl

falls down

she being squashed up

with an abused body

and a deranged mind.

Untold Realms.

Nothing have I to do

I sit and stare.

Sitting too I have nothing to do

I recline and gaze.

Reclining also having nothing to do

I sleep and dream

Sleeping takes me to untold realms

where I have everything to do.

With that I pass the days

dreaming all through.

That Be Yours

Everything be not for everyone

your likes might not be another’s

your favourite confines to yours

that be the trend always

one man’s meat is another man’s poison

imposing on others your wish

bidding them to follow your desire

be that it may be your wife

or may be your child

that is not acceptable at al

as it might turn atrocious at one level

there goes the deviation

that work up o a congeniality

mush needed for harmony .

with that in mind you progress.

An ode To Hands.

I see my hands
they look grand

lovely and fine

expressing a sign

The hands write
they do also fight
extending them out
would help many without doubt.

The hands work incessantly
lifting and holding reliably
giving a hand is helping
giving a big hand is clapping .

That goes with the hand in good sense
there being notoriety hence
that of accepting bribe
being no mean jibe
.
The hand that rocks
does things in a shock
that of corruption in the go
tending to be fluent in the flow.

The hands that fold and pray
incline toward a slay
taking the sword in anger
or causing an ignominious trigger .

They being indispensable in all ways
has to be treated with reverence all days
the good being greater in the run
let we forget the bad they commit as fun
