A man with limited means
not had gone to school in his teens
with very little knowledge of anything
with a deficit behavioural inkling
calls himself an investment wizard
his voice rustles like a blizzard
shrieking high at times
grunting low most times
it be a babble of sounds
too little a time it drowns
talks with an articulation
emphasizes with a gestation
the man I have seen for long
say a forty years, not wrong
lived in all humility in the early years
turned greedy and a liar in the middle years
now a pronounced cheat at his ripe age
Oh! he is just another creature in rampage.

A man limps across
crosses the highway
stranded in the middle
looks around for help
expresses his inability
could find none
as others go their way
no time to give a hand
no time to speak a word
no time to behave as a human
the man limps across.
I see a sheep
timid and tired
with it a goat
foolish and blurred
led by a herdsman
fragile and frightened
cross through the land
bumpy and rugged
the weather is cold
snowy with a blizzard
all three walk ahead
stuttering and scared
all in a way the sheep cries
the goat chuckles and mutters
the man whistles and guffaws
the group goes past
the hill in great spirit
being a travel less known.

Lo! the trees are now cut invariably
their habitation is in a mess absolute
sit there they in all melancholy
with their brood in dissolute
Alas! man always engages in a chase
scares the orangutans from their place

An old man out there
lives in despair
a king so long
committed actions wrong.
A rigid man without respite
fell a prey to a spite
knowing or unknowing right
now wallows in ignominy bright.
Thrown he now out of his fiefdom
has become so inactive and dumb
looks he a puppet with a drum
comical character of his erstwhile kingdom.
Childless he is, this wealthy man
adopted a son from his own clan
who hatched out a clever plan
that entrapped the old man.

not how to come out
the old lion seems worn out
Would he regain his strength?-a doubt
worry his kin all throughout
