Living in cities all the year
robs you of your cheer
living in villages and towns
allows you not frown.
It would be strange to read this
if you write down a list
the pros would exceed
the cons would recede.
Many would not agree with me
as to them cities redeem
being a place of fantasy
they could pass the time easy.
They have many outlets gigantic
their life moves on in a rhetoric
they greet each other with no feel
everything to them is a deal.
They dress up in colourful attire
seem to be busy even after they retire
their life is money nothing more
the city lives with a roar.
Those in town are occupied
they live together unified
never they are showy and proud
participate in all not loud.
That of the villagers as known
simple and helpful they are in tone
know not money as a strength indomitable
spirit to them is the most reliable.
The soul lies in the villages as found
they are rustic but have knowledge sound
their life is a song with a rhythm sweet
remarkable like the birds tweet.
