Tuft Of Grass

Tuft of grass

dances merrily in the breeze

initiates a liveliness

Roadsides and Waysides

Grass grows

on roadsides

on all waysides

needs little water

grows in abundance

green and lush .

Over and above

it looks lovely

when manicured

the roadsides

and waysides

have a dignity.

It is mere grass

treat not always

with contempt

to the roadsides

and waysides

absolute charm.

The Green Grass

I see the grass everywhere
with or without care
grows in lands bare
a lovely sight to share.

The green grass is thin
causesnot much of a din
finds itself into the bin
yet sprouts up again with a grin.

The tinier the grass seems
the stronger it is beyond dreams
spreads in a contagious scheme
gets rooted deep into the theme.

That way the grass grows
both in empty land and on the shores
either tended and mowgreen grassed in a close
or left unkempt and left coarse.

The Blades Of Grass

The blades of grass

so far gleaming and sharp

shining with dew over them

glimmering in the day light

looks so pale and brown

turned so for no rain

withered and haggard

they appear in the morning light

A noteworthy sign of prosperity

grassthese green grass transformed

now to a dull dry coarse  yarn

render a feel of sadness in the tone

there be a strain and a drain

imploring for  copious rain

that play cats and dogs all through

signifying a parched lifeless land.

The Rainbow Effect.

The white cat on the red wall
jumped down on the green grass
beautifully kept with violets around.

It strode across the muddy path
leading to a magnificent golden court
where little girls in pink download (9)pinafore stood.

The girls were playing in the twilight
with the blue moon shining over them
as the black night slowly advanced through.

The fluffy cat  hopped over to the blue waters
that lay little off the  orange orchard
where her  brown kittens  loitered about.

Reaching the orchard she sank on the ground
as she being exhausted and tired
while the sky turned indigo as the night advanced.

Flower, Grass, Tree And Man

the flower blooms

signalling prosperity

the grass grows thick

indicating fertility

the trees yield fruits

showing out their fecundity

the man  powers his strength

destroying the fellow human

not for their own

but to make others happy

while man gets stronger

turning his own breed unhappy

while tormenting the rest.

That is a flower

a fruit and grass

Well, that is also

the man at the last.

The Grass Roots.

The little grass seen over there
dazzled with dew drops on its blades.
The green and silvery hue over there
set a picture of a lively glade.
The grass knew not it is going to be razed down
as a man was moving to the spot to cut it in haste.
The sprightly grass became nothing exposing the ground brown.
The grass lay down in heap assuming the expense of waste.
Nay, it did not lay thee for long under the sun
as a cow ,which was loitering around,grass-in-the-flower-bed0000 seeing the grass
walked towards it and started munching it with great fun.
With that the grass vanished from sight in a flash.

Grass Grows.

Grass grows everywhere
It spreads across
once it finds itself rooted.
So goes on the grass growth
and grass looks a simpleton
with no frills and adorns
just a green blade
with a green shade
and the lively green renders
a lovely and cheerful gait.
The grass throngs with ease
but never comes up under shelter
It needs a lot of sunlight to grow
and grows with a fond
with a diversification around.
Grass, if well-kept, becomes a lawn
an if unkempt turns into a weed.
Well, everything lies in the perception
and the grass to is no exemption
The weed is extracted with care in plantations
but the lawn is taken great care inimages (64) parks and houses.
Grass has its own value and merit
vouchsafing its colour and verdant

Nature Poem

The grass is green
as all of us know
It has a lustrous sheen
with a sparkling gleam
as the dew settles
on the blade glistening
like diamonds
which most of us not know
as we go ahead with our chores
working,eating, and sleeping
unaware of the beautiful parade
which Nature displays in the morn.
never calling for an advertisement
it happens in a regulargreen grass stream
with the stream we go out to the
next charming array of nature
where the blue waters of the stream
flows noiselessly into the mighty ocean
roaring with a hefty voice echoed in the mountains
that takes us to another form of nature
massive and royal beaming with pride
enfolding again a green luxury of trees
verdant and imperious providing
a feat to the eyes and assuaging the mind.
Well to the green grass sailed by the stream
and reached the mountainous top
all in one go awe-inspiring and exotic.

Actions Anger Poem

A Break Down.

The auto gate stopped working.
Pressing the remote with force
tried the best to induce moving.
Lo! it creaked hoarse.

It remained stubbornly stuck.
It was late in the night.
Shook the gate with a pluck.
It remained fastidiously tight.

Afraid to stand alone in the lane.
as there started thunder and lightning.
Lost patience and soon became insane
Heavy torrential rain started pouring.

Fully drenched I kicked the gate.
It was as adamant as a mule.
Cursing badly the fate
Got hold of a rusty tool.

With the tool lifted the railings from below.
Dried grass and leaves lay settled there.
Pulled the coarse stuff from the hollow.
It gave a clearance without a snare.

Drying my hand with a tissue.
Wiping the water from the face
expecting no probable issue
pressed the remote in phases.

Slowly the jam got released.
The gate moved with hiccups.
I was immensely pleased
as the gate went through a lap up.
