The King is coming came the announcement
All stood in attention saying “Long Live The KIng”
The Judge is coming came another one
All bowed to him obediently
The military General is coming came yet another
All saluted him stiffly.
I came next without any announcement
none took notice of me,
They being all men like me deigned in different robes
go with such honour
While I being a man like them in ordinary attire
go with no such paraphernalia.
Not so all men are equal in the eyes of all.

Watching It Live.
While the cultivation was in process
the farmer and his wife came to personal inspection.
The men and women were in their best moods
singing happily as they sow the seeds
Their song reflected mirth and joy
befitting the celebration of growth.
The women made peculiar sound by holding the lips together
while the men engaged in sowing responded to their women’s call
with a moderate song of love and prosperity.
As everything around reverberated with glee
there were the birds too who participated in the cultivation
by tweeting to their loved ones who came rushing
and pecked on the seeds that went astray while sowing
The farmer’s dog which was keeping vigil all along
started his choir by barking softly
and nudging his forehead against the farmer’s hand and playing
with the men who were busy in the field.
It was splendid to watch and a splendour on the go.
Those of you who are closeted in high raised apartments
glued to the T.V and ip
ads have missed out
the fastidious scenario extolling an exhilaration.
Taken off—– Haiku.
Why Do Men Cry?
When do men cry?
Do you know?
Yes, for reasons that might sound familiar.
They wail loud uncontrollably
while they experience a loss
either be it death of a loved one
or be it a wipe away of the bullion
They break down instantly
when they are beaten,
either by their coparceners to a finality
or by their competitors in validity.
They weep inconsolably
while they are overtaken
either by their rivals in the run
or by their friends for no fun.
They shed tears immediately
when they get infuriated
either by their inability to achieve the slot
or by their inefficiency to amass wealth in lots.
Men do cry and sob unashamedly
when they are condemned obnoxiously,
and when they are jeered derisively.
Men cry the most in panic
when failures strike them with a blow
and when non recognition pushes them away from the flow.
Knowing now why men cry
we have to generously give them
a try.
Heard a shriek across the road,
A girl was knocked down by a car,
The driver dashed her down,
Then sped like a whirlwind.
The girl lay in a pool of blood.
Moaning in pain with half closed eyes.
A stranger made way through the crowd,
Lifted the half dead girl to his vehicle,
Off he went to the hospital,
She was saved in a few hours .
A man like the first lives in this world.
Another man like the second lives too.
The Insidious Impact.
Waters do meet in the ocean,
Lands do track down in a traction,
Wind do blow in a friction,
Men do set themselves in a session,
Captioning it as a delightful Conviction.
Rivers have a natural flow,
Lands generally have lovely row,
Winds usually have a gentle blow,
Men hardly go about in a toe.
Deleting justice to an ultimate slow.
Waters flood once a while,
Lands slips during the rainy file
Winds storm in occasional trial,
Men exhibit guile all the while,
Seeking to challenge truth in a vile.
Nature takes on the cyclic course,
In no mean terms, though with force,
Men go for back stabs in a morose,
Oh! they are the actors with high resource.
