Seeing People Off


Seeing people off

takes a terrible move off

some cry when they depart

others look frigid when they part

the heaviness gets on the heart

however brave one might be in short

the attachment gets significant

with the pangs attaining a resilient

the moment of parting  arrives

bringing with it a derive

that takes a feeling out of us

mostly pending  with passions plus

such that we go about with a sadness

which crushes the madness

that aims  at a never parting reference

but have to get away due to circumstance.seeing people off

The Temple On A Hill


The temple  stood atop on a hill

seemed very ancient and still

with devotees going up and down

while an elephant stood on the ground

with her caretaker  standing next

who made her salute  everyone  in best

just for the money the passers-by give

making the huge animal small  in a live

this is how the animal is made to win its bread

with that the caretaker also goes in a tread

as such the temple is known for its heritage

people throng during the festival  in stages

making it glimmer and shine all the  more

sending signals of strength  and fortitude  even more

as the devotees get around in terms dizzy

seeking the blessings of the ruling deities  with ecstasy

signifying that people  do have indefatigable faith

The Child I Never Bore


The child I never bore

 turned out to be attached more

nestling closely to me

whenever she gets near me

smiling at me with affection

whenever she comes home in vacation

talking to me with love great

caring for me without abate

that much I am blessed

having found a child  instead

who I feel has had a link

an attachment without a blink

that would go a long way

Long Live The Plaintiffs


Filing a case in court

fighting for a cause in terms

not bothered about the just and unjust

pushing  the facts and figures back

going ahead with their own agenda

finally getting the verdict

that comes in a form of settlement

signed by both parties with consent

the plaintiff and defendant  agreeing to terms

the judge specifying  the time frame

and stipulating the conditions to be fulfilled

the plaintiffs drag the settlement for months

or be it due to their inefficiency

the defendant stands lost in the wilderness

with the Judge and the lawyers

accompanying him in his sail over nothingness.

Each one makes different inference

that which calls for a difference.

Each one takes the meaning as they like

or more so as they wish  and like.

Each one understands it to his benefit

going through the clauses as it befits.

Each one talks about it in a way

hoping it would   get through anyway.

The statement is one and the same

but is inducted through  a lively game

Interpretation depends on convenience

as it takes the back seat with  regards to relevance .

Not Interpretationcircumscribing to any norms and rules

the inference mostly plays a fool.

My Girl Has Come Back


My little girl came  back home

after a year of being away

she is looking great and fine

being tall and slim

soft-spoken and gentle

becoming responsible  and decided

a change I feel very prominent

and very much desirable

that takes my heart to her

making me look at her

with cheer and pride.

 

She will be  with me for a fortnight

bringing back all the delightunforgettable childhood

that I experienced in my childhood

as she resembles me most

not in looks alone mostly

but in movements too greatly

quiet and sensitive  to the word

lively and resolute in line

getting  matured and lovable

yearning that she would stay with me forever

The experience talks they say

 as it goes on the dock  in a sway

 with the years that have rolled down

I get to know that the righteous be rewarded  .

 

For long did I not believe in these  you might think

really I never went by the specific  theory   in a blink

having had  my doubts and difficulties on my   track

I thought the malignant infliction get across in a pack.

 

Now I realize with a  prompt from my own

that the evil gets sealed by its inciting  throngs shown

coiling itself into the web that it has spun

unable to get into the  speeding run.

 

I see virtually at times most recent

losing his wealth ill got by  manipulation

None can destroy the other

the  wrong-doer  making merry over his catch unlawful

but as days get ahead in enormous speed

there  arises an apparent deficit  and downfall

not in the side of the loser as it might look indeed

but highly in the edges of the malignant  call

as the evil doer  fails miserably

while his wrongly acquired wealth

disappears all of a sudden  unbelievably

while we turn around  and see over the bridge

we find the rightful owner happy and content

with what little he has which is a blessing for sure.
