Memory And Forgetfulness


Nice to remember

nicer to forget

nice to have a memory

strong and valid

nicer to walk with a memory loss

beautiful and  happy.

 

Remembering  with a precision

be it in science and mathematics

need details to the minute

forgetting with a decision

be it in humanities and life

require  imagination to cope.

 

Memory being a qualitative feature

with the turn and a stroke

ever strict and into  a discipline

forgetfulness being a quantitative character

with the rush and a hush

ever flexible and into an attribution.

 

Could be much more claims and acclaims

for memory  on a  functional  strain

one of a meticulous  ensign

would be there of so much  reign

for forgetfulness on a regular  claim

A Materialistic Dance


A fret and a sweat

could be a  serious bet

yet it is  there always

till man pursues his chase

 

The thought of money

would jeopardise any

yet the drive is there always

till man pursues his chase.

 

The feel of envy  as all

leads to jaundice  in the call

yet  jealousy overwhelms always

till man pursues his chase.

 

The restless mind leaves nothing

being gnawed by each and everything

yet the fever mounts up as always

till man pursues his chase.

 

Contentment is the King   with a glow

those thick in the involvements do not know

if satisfaction prevails in an expanse

man would not succumb to materialistic   dance

Wedding


A wedding ring

shines with a  bright gleam

reflects the life to be.

 

A wedding quiet

all done in a sober

illustrates the solemnity.

 

A wedding altogether

a union of two hearts

an amalgamation  serene.

 

A wedding in itself

rests not on the  wedding bells

a thrust on love.

Away in Mind and Spirit.


I lose track of the incidents

what happens I do not know?

much takes place without my knowledge

 

I am in  the dark  most times

not aware of the recent developments

much takes place in my absence.

 

I am being left out  as often

not abreast of the details in full

kept away from the  progress.

 

I am away from the rest

both in mind and in the body

absolutely  distanced  from the show.

 

Could that be  a bane or a boon?

I really do not know as such

I am away in body and in spirit as much.

 

I make a repeat intentionally

as of being away all the more

am in peace all through .

The rice boiling

the vegetables steaming

the  broth simmering

the clock chiming

in the morning

a chaos for the female

Gradually.


Gradually it grows

not so fast in a way

not so high and tall

stages be its call.

 

Gradually it flows

not in a rush in a way

not so strong and  high

stages in tries.

 

Gradually it learns

not in a quick  way

not so brilliant in part

stages in  a sort.

 

Slow and steady wins the race

goes the maxim in a trace

the process being regular in all

the registration be better in call.

A Thought Nags


A strange thought crosses my mind

the reason could not fall into any find

could it be a worry of a kind?

 

I forget myself when the thought crosses

as often it could it eludes all causes.

could I locate it after a pause?

 

It haunts me as always and forever so

I stay aghast for a while not in a show

could it extend a great blow?

 

I am worried all the most

I feel the thought is forced

Two Little Birds.


Two little birds on the wall

a sign of happiness in all

a strange inference I believe

nothing much it gives.

 

They know not what we think

sit there and  nicely blink

could have come for a rest

only they know the reason best.

 

We are clever in interpretations

could be a gift of the imagination

an ordinary event gains importance

like that of birds on the wall in reference.

Pacify I Do.


I do pacify  at times

talk to the one first

the other another time

being peace all times.

 

It is not an easy one

the one gets upset

the other raises the tone

I bring peace at every zone.

 

I am blamed always

as having taken sides

I think of many ways

finally, make peace in every case.

 

It is not I wish to pacify

I am pushed to occupy

I take it as a challenge never fly

I resume peace at every buy.

 

That way I spend my free time

I have many in my hand

wish not for any talks all the time

Submission Rules


The rules for submissions

do rarely promote writing

stifles the creative inclination

anyway, they are restrictions.

 

The best way to write as often

could be a free flow of thought

of course, with a  minute attention

to content,grammar, and punctuations.

 

Many go past these rules in one form

more or less they do not heed the periods

otherwise, most writings  are within norms

though not as excellent as psalms .

 

Could be said of submission rules in general

as many famed writers came not under rule general

they wrote so beautifully  on all,  in general

a way to learn as how to in way general.
