More than hundred years ago.
There lived a man called Hugo.
Hugo had lot of children.
He had a beautiful garden
where the family had lot of fun.
As the children were too many
he could not remember the names of any.
To call them he made gestures funny.
Children gave him no trouble.
The family progressed without a stumble.
Hugo became old and tumbled
Women in men’s garb.
Women look like men.
Not speaking of the intricate difference
Folding the hands he prays to God.
Kneeling down he bows to God.
Chanting mantras he invokes God.
and gradually merges with God
He goes round the shrine.
He goes on till he completes nine.
He prostrates before God in line.
and slowly diffuses
into the environ fine.
This has been his routine for years.
Praying, he feels, dispels fear.
He thinks God has come near.
and ecstatically revels in cheer.
Is this piety steadfast and real?
A question that demands a trial.
It would be so when things are ideal.
It would be not so in the face of an ordeal.
The presumptions are track proven.
Fortunes take him to haven.
Distress makes him a raven.
Peace be with you. Amen!
People cast their votes.
Leaders get a thumping win.
The country inordinately suffers.
Two little girls collected the coconuts from their farm.
Putting them in baskets they set up a shop.
The shop aligned itself to the wayside form.
Both of them took their chair in a hop.
The older one adjusting her glasses looked around.
Seeing no prospective buyers in the vicinity.
She thought of many strategies totally sound.
She and her cousin went over and over the schemes
in entity.
In a short while they came up with a proposal.
The six-year-old displayed a big board
which read “buy two one free for quick disposal”.
Then on there was a rapid flow of people from the road.
The coconuts were bought in great speed.
The girls made very good money.
The transactions showed no greed
as they were handled by ones tiny.
The older one kept the money safely in a box.
The younger one diligently counted the unsold.
The shop of the little ones became the town’s talk
The enterprising spirit of the girls gradually unfolds.

It is hot extremely hot.
The mercury rises to a spot.
Making one reel in the slot.
The humidity is too much.
The earth is burning as such.
The day is exerting a crunch.
It is difficult and tiring.
It leads to a voluminous perspiring.
Almost taking the spirit out to a vanquishing.
The mercury rises as the day advances.
The hot sun exhibits a fiery relevance.
Confining everyone to a scorching sequence.
It is a disastrous day altogether.
Afflicting the mind and body together.
Causing an inconvenience to every other.

Took a walk down the lane early in the morning.
Met my physician wished him good morning.
He said he is too busy to wish me morning.
A little further near the park saw my solicitor.
An active lawyer who holds my money as deposits
Asked him to discharge my deposits.
He said he has no time to talk about it.
Walking briskly towards the town hall
caught sight of my banker tall.
Rushed towards him to ask about his call
He replied in haste that he had called for nothing at all.
Made my way to my home wondering
How everyone are busy wandering?
Opened my gate with a click
my little pup ran to me and gave a sweet lick.
He is too knave to say that for him also the clock ticks,
Monkeys went up and down the tree
breaking its branches in a spree.
They pulled the fruits down in glee
sharing with the little ones in a moo free.
Chattering they jumped down with a thud.
Moving sprightly over the mud
they caught hold of a stud
which held the electric cable in firm stead.
Stealthily they shook the cable
Slowly they brought it down to the table
snapped it with a bite terrible.
Lo! electrocution turned them into a fable..
Count and spend say the wise.
Spend little save lot say the aged.
One has to live in comfort feel I.
One has to see places think I.
One has to eat well feel I.
One has to buy the necessities feel I.
One cannot count while buying feel I.
One cannot thrive by counting feel I.
One has to spend with ease feel I.
The more you count the more you save
by buying and spending nothing in the wave.
Differing from the wise say I
spend what you want and try
without fear at the least one buy.
Heard a chant round the corner.
It was a long prayer
seeking the blessings of the almighty
with a fervent piety.
Lot more than that came after in a sequence
with unbelievable reference.
It sought wealth with prosperity altogether.
unknowing that they come together.
It asked for enormous authority and power
so as to revel in splendour.
Not stopping at this level it went ahead
with a list instead.
That included other pleas private
which called for a concern considerate.
