The morning frost is biting
with a mist rising
yonder over the hills
slowing moving with a will
hiding the path all around
a partial invisibility in the round
affecting the traffic in a way
as people get stranded all the day
unable to proceed to work
as they have to look
at alternatives for their sojourn
making it a difficult prone
the day advancing toward noon
yet the
chilliness continues soon
heading towards the night
when it would be freezing tight.

Harmony -Haiku
The Fountain In A Mountain
Had been to a mountain
which had a fountain
that worked with colourful water
being not an artificial charter
being a natural delight
with no dealing slight
luxurious and wonderful
impressing the spectator to the full
set amidst the surroundings magnificent
with dense trees and verdant relevance
the fountain gushed out merrily
seemingly singing out a lyric cheerfully
an exuberance to be experienced
not easy to be expressed.
The Mirror
Have a very huge mirror
which reflects the inner
not your face alone
but you heart and tone
showing not your facial beauty
but revealing your inmost booty
highlighting not only the visual
but underlining the virtual
that be the true
mirror
that cohere the inner and outer
seamlessly in an altogether
make haste to gather.
The Seven Wonders -Haiku
The Rainbow Effect.
The white cat on the red wall
jumped down on the green grass
beautifully kept with violets around.
It strode across the muddy path
leading to a magnificent golden court
where little girls in pink
pinafore stood.
The girls were playing in the twilight
with the blue moon shining over them
as the black night slowly advanced through.
The fluffy cat hopped over to the blue waters
that lay little off the orange orchard
where her brown kittens loitered about.
Reaching the orchard she sank on the ground
as she being exhausted and tired
while the sky turned indigo as the night advanced.
The Flowers Song
We experience awe seeing the flowers
while the rose induces a romantic feel
the daffodils instil a pleasant keen
as the lilies make us calm
the hyacinths softens our heart
the violets lend us courage
while the red dahlias inspire us as well
the jasmine invigorates us
while the lotus down in waters
invites us to be down to earth
the realistic forms of the flowers
do make us get excited to the most
as they allow the poets to sing their glory
versifying the tributes we commonly say.
The Mule In Him
He was called an ass
and a mule in a clash
as he is prone to lash
every other person in a flash
striking all with a bash
grinding his teeth in a gnash
he be thrown into the trash
as he be not fit to live in grass
being a person rash
has to be dashed
and condemned not as ass
as ass has a grace
that of an ignorant face
he should be forcefully chased
and rendered homeless without base.
Damsel In Distress
It was at the spur of the moment
the mind subjected to torment
not able to contain the emotion
burst out angrily without a stutter
cursing and swearing the harm doer
beating the heart in a violent behaviour
crying out that she has lost all things in life
for which she had worked all in strife
she then swooned in utter dismay
falling back in a confused array
listening to her one felt sympathy
as understood every one had an empathy
nothing they felt could make her come out
as she had been beaten throughout
her patience was under test
high time she took a decision best
that would pull her out of the dejection
and set her in the path to progression
that be the worthy known wisdom
as she has to end
the doldrums.
The Rich Man Over There.
Speeding like a hare
jumping like a monkey
crawling like a tortoise
hopping like a frog
loitering like a cow
kicking like a donkey
galloping like a horse
moving like a cat
running like a dog
oh ! doing everything like animals
the man, another animal
but with reason
behaved antisocial
destroying all things
dismantling other things
debugging the lines
eavesdropping through the gap
peering through the keyhole
sneaking through the open door
hiding behind the cupboard
sniffing through the window
finally escaping through the court-yard
being
a man tall and lanky
worser than all the animals quoted
behaving with shame and disdain
Well! he be the rich man over there
.
