Taking Care

The baby next door was crying aloud
Her mother had gone out
The father was unable to keep her cowed.
She sobbed and whimpered in bouts.

The mother had left her for the first time.
The child was bringing the roof down.
The father did all things he could to pass the time.
But the child remained adamant to the sound.

Unable to cry furthermore the tired child slept .
The father then got relieved and called his wife
fearing the child would get up any time from sleep.
The father was in tears actually waiting for his wife.

Too much crying would be dangerous for the infant.
Too much exertion would turn the child blue.
Taking care of babies is a task very defiant.
yet they have to be nurtured by parents both in two

The Unfortunate.

The little child with unkempt hair
and wearing no shirt to cover his body fair
with only a piece of cloth around her waist
was busy moving round the town with a haste
begging for alms and singing songs to please the passers-by.

His little brother was lying down crying for milk.
The mother, a bag of bones, was sitting looking weak.
The father was not to be seen anywhere
The three of them were looking very pathetic from afar.
It was a sight painful to watch.

The passersby were liberal in their donations.
He thanked them profusely for their inclination.
His collections were enough to keep them going for a day.
He had to go to a place further the next day.
This has been his way of life for some days from now.

Looking at it deeply thought of the family’s fate.
The most unfortunate they look nothing more in an abate
How would they sustain in the years to come?
Would the kids know anything about learning? though not wholesome.
With a heavy heart we walked from that place feeling ashamed.

Small Becomes Big.

Going up into the sky
the little bird vanished from the eye.
It looked like a speck down from here
then it became a so small and disappeared.
How high the little one goes? made me wonder
Hoe tiny it is but flies higher and higher.
Amazed at the velocity with which it flew
and the speed with which it took off in lieu
made me stand aghast at the power of the little one.
Teaching me a lesson that small has to considered
The strength has nothing to do with size.
It lies in within the mind and the many tries
go ahead with a will and determination
making small big and big small.

The wind blows
just as the mind oscillates
there to here.

There to here
getting to a fierce start
rummaging all things

The wind blows
and the mind strikes through
far and near.

Loneliness

She being lonely wanted to get along
with the society in a relative term
She tried to mix up for long
but something or other crossed the form

She could not open out free
as she had stayed withdrawn
Now a move to get across like a bee.
seems to be a terrible experience almost gone.

Yet she tried and tried without losing heart
and finally came out with a remedy
Not with a big bang but in close slot
to a little truce of amity.

She had made friends a few intimate
most of them having the same thoughts
Her loneliness gradually dissipated in the ultimate
She gradually commanded respect in a sort.

The Pride of Lineage

Talking of pedigree
takes to times long
where there was lot of degree
in the strata of belong.

Pedigree demonstrates a purity
The long ancestral background
gives a lot of dignity
and pride to those of us around.

The lineage should come down fine
It allows no mixture of trends.
Meaning that they have a great shine
over their beautiful ancestry with no offence.
.

Lineage holds a great status in society
Men feel proud of their ancestry
So do the horses and animals
whose pedigree is checked before buying.

The say of pedigree is great
It tells of the family and its merits
as also an allusion to the value of date
for which the family owes its credits.

Seen many being obsessed with pedigree
They trace the involvements with decor
They talk of the family history in glee
and dwell in utmost pride that always recurs.t

The Right Track.

Having lost sight of the track
had to go in search of the track
to find the exact track
got on to lot of unwanted tracks
and it was difficult to track
the right feasible track
finally got into the right track
and then proceeded into the track
to reach the destination on track.

The Mind At Rest

Nothing is coming to the mind
Nothing is keeping the mind active
Having set across to a find.
The mind has to turn proactive.

There is an unusual lull
Keeping one away from the busy schedule
Is it because the mind is not full
of thoughts and actions in the preclude?

There is an unusual inertia
The physique is subjected to high fever
causing a pull out from the criteria
The mind undergoes a prop up by an external lever.

The stimulation leads to a sensational delivery.
Needing an insinuation to spurt up
The thoughts then gather and grant a reverie
resuming the lively therapy in a close up.

The Common Cold.

With a running nose
and a heavy cold
in the chest
With incessant cough
and difficulty in breathing
resulting in wheezing.
the common cold
the commonest infection
gives the maximum botheration
than any other ailment serious
Lying down becomes a problem
with a raised pillows
and a more or less
in an upright position
one can close the eyes
and the heart going up and down
the person passes the night
almost sleepless .

Write And Bite

A day without writing
made me thinking
of what to write
and what to bite.
Write did not I for a day
Bite could not I be for a day.
I need to fill my stomach
all without a break
Fasting I don’t know
I eat all days in a row
I feel bad to- day
as I treat writing in a way
different from eating.
Thinking like that
I resume writing such that
it would keep me active
and make me also productive.
