He smiles silly.
Looks empty-headed really.
Makes gestures funny.
Has a voice grumpy.
He is short.
Appears like a snort.
Tempers are at times hot.
He stands out from the lot.
He by himself is a comedy.
Respected not by anybody.
Tries to attract everybody.
Lo! he fails miserably.
The qualities of men are inborn.
The birth gives a tag with a fawn.
The bringing up adds to the personality greatly.
The background lends a charm definitely.
The pleasant buoyancy is a phenomenon natural.
The dignified grace is a facility of immense approval.
The loving smile is an added tool to win everyone at all levels.
Any move of kindness draws all sectors to a close gathering most unusual.
The family makes a man what he is.
The education teaches him how he should be by thesis.
The association leads him how to interact by basis
The integrity crowns him with glory without any treatise.
The stones and bricks are not lifeless as they seem.
They know much more than we comprehend in a seam.
They have witnessed many a quarrel and in fight of the team.
They have enjoyed the happiness and pleasure in a gleam.
The thought brings to mind the functions of bones and nerves.
The bones give shape to the Man’s curves
The nerves sustain his laborious serves.
Both give him facilities more than he deserves.
The stones brave the wind and weather.
They withstand with a spirit dying never.
The bricks deliver a sustenance forever.
Both together propose a structural grandeur.
The loud laughter penetrates through the stones.
The tearful cries strike the bricks in a repeated hone.
Mirth knocks the doors not alone.
Sorrow crosses the porch in a subdued tone.
The stones chuckle sonorously when they are disturbed terribly.
The bricks rattle fiercely when the wind blows rudely
They cause a furore in the dim night endlessly.
They shudder mildly in the starless darkness dolefully.
Never shun the stones of a house as lifeless.
Never condemn bricks of a house as useless.
They have recorded messages countless.
They have staged dramatic episodes nevertheless
Writing a few lines of verse
writing a few verses in form
writing with a form of rhymes
writing rhymes with sound effect.
is a skill rare to be found.
Leaves grow from trees.
Trees come up from the soil
Soil picks up the minerals from depth
Making it a natural sequence.
Eliminating anything artificial.
Poetry is spontaneous.
Coming out in speed at the moment
Jumping out with force from the heart.
Correlating the events to the full
Enabling a read most pleasant.
Words emerge with ease.
Clothing the thoughts with grace.
The rhythm flows gently.
Adorning the tone with tunes lively.
Making it an experience most memorable.
It was the day before the wedding.
Relatives came in all smiling.
The reception was totally warming.
The dinner was absolutely loving.
There was gaiety and joy all charming.
The photographers were busy recording.
The guests were captured in unaware positioning.
The professionals had photographed the event with exact pinning.
That of a lady with a presentation in packing.
Alighting the steps in quick-moving.
She walked up the aisle in swift stroll.
Perhaps she had a second thought on the whole.
She went down the steps in a fast mode.
She kept the gift in the car’s back hold.
Assuming that none had noticed it in a droll.
The thought to come to the wedding is itself noble.
The presence of well wishers is in itself most amiable.
The sudden change of mind in itself displays a character feeble.
The turn back in itself expresses a pleasant weakness unamiable.
The small incident does not connote a conduct impeccable.
Gender still holds preference.
Male has a high predominance.
Female holds a low reference.
Family considers boys as precious gift.
Girls are deemed as absolute pressure.
The distinction is found in every measure.
Schools give importance to boys.
The girls excel in performance.
Even so they fall back in prominence.
The male oriented society perceives different.
Men are physically strong and daring.
Women look frail and fearing.
Man take the upper hand all throughout.
Their decisions they ascribe pave the way to progress.
They push down the woman into a breathless repress.
The fairer sex seeks recognition.
Their workings are mostly without blemish.
Yet their image gets tarnished.
Tarnished they live. in anguish.
Their thoughts suffer a damage.
Their body succumbs to a hemorrhage.
The world has gone through a revolution,
Economy has changed to a global symposium
Sex till today implicates a feverish delirium.
The women face violence at every juncture.
Brutal rapes are becoming a common fixture.
The devastation of young girls calls for a biblical texture.
Vows and promises made along
inflict a constraint all along.
Vows are made in the face of challenges
that exceed at times beyond the ranges.
Promises sworn in times of emergency
lay a refrain in days of urgency.
Vow to do a deed is a no mean achievement
leading to a pronounced denouement.
Promises of merit are to kept at any cost
as otherwise they seem a meaningless slot.
Both are dead easy to confirm and construct
as long as they remain a mere wordy instruct.
Vows take the cue from anger and pain.
At times they proceed to a bloody slain.
Promises are born out of will and necessity.
Most times they rob life out of immunity.
Vows and promises should not come down as rain.
They are to be proposed with out vain.
unaware of the chaotic crash.
The bus was on a joy ride
carrying five passengers alone in a side.
It was a late hour in the night.
The girl was taken by fright.
as thee men knocked her male companion unconscious
She was gang raped brutally noxious.
Leaving her half dead almost.
She lay on the roadside pathetic
Her intestines peeped out tragic.
Medical world was left in a dilemma
as she was suffering from severe oedema.
An uproar tore Delhi into pieces.
Casting the governance into seizures.
The medical intern fought vainly
Finally she died a death ghastly.
Leaving the world to pine eternally.
The mango tree is fluttering cheerfully in the garden.
The guava tree stands solemnly grim with a heavy burden.
A whiff of air blows all of a sudden.
The treesdangle vigorously with fruits heavily laden.
The fall of little mangoes makes the heart sadden.
The ripe yellow guavas come down in dozens.
The mango and guava are a subtle reference
to the world’s impermanence.
Days of toil stroll ahead.
hours of work mount up.
years of labour fold again.
as the New Year embarks.
Each day is new.
every hour is fresh.
all years are delightful
as yet another New Year creeps in.
Looking back brings pain and joy
forging headway shows task and ease
past and present deliver loss and gain
as one more New Year is born.
Fire crackers resound in the sky.
The revelry breaks the placidity of the space,
as they sound a little odd and snobbish.
With that another New Year emerges.
Celebrations create a significant noise.
Partying and dancing take the toll
as expenditure multiplies geometrically
the New Year barges in with a bang.
Appreciating every minute for its value
Accepting every hour as precious
Counts up to admit every year as precious
unmindful of the New Year or not.
Let this be the underlying principle
Let this be the basis of welcoming
each hour and every minute
besides greeting the New year vociferously.
