Religions Speak.


in the name of religionReligions guide us through life.
Living upright is the way of life.
Speak not lies is all religion’s call.
Help the needy is their essential call.
Believe in truth is their underlying principle.
Never belie trust is every religion’s gospel.
Kind words and acts they advocate bring in harmony and peace.
Radiating cheer and happiness they prove demand no fees.
Humility and respect they insist command progression.
Authority and audacity they point out lead to destruction.
That being the basis of all religions at large.
Wherein breaks violence and unrest in a gorge?
Destroying the human race in gross.
Would people ever try to rectify the flaws?

Justifiable Argument.

if they rely on evidences true,
if they express righteousness in a slew,
if they earnestly demand fairness without a rue.

Arguing for a cause is a noble trial,
if they triumph over a faulty approval,
if they withstand a caustic referral,
if they represent a lofty ideal.

Basically arguing might be proactive,
if it is extended beyond the reactive
if it does not reflect anything subjective,
if it does not recall anything objective.

Arguments bring a controversy to an end,
if they are conducted without any interruptions,
if they reveal honourable interpretations,
if they record standard deviations.

Establishing the rights by voice is termed as argument.
Initiating a wordy dual to track the consequences is called as argument.
Entering into a debate to preserve the facts is dubbed as argument.
Serious personal involvement is baptised as argument.

Vows are made in the face of challenges

leading  to a pronounced  denouement.

Promises  of merit are to kept at any cost

as otherwise they seem  a meaningless slot.

Both  are  dead easy to confirm and construct

as long as they remain a  mere wordy instruct.

 

Vows   take the cue from anger and pain.

At times they proceed to a bloody slain.

Promises are born out of  will and necessity.

Most times they rob  life out of immunity.

Vows and promises should not  come down as rain.

Another New Year.


Fire crackersDays of toil stroll ahead.

hours of work mount up.

years of labour fold again.

as the New Year embarks.

 

Each day is  new.

every hour is fresh.

all years are delightful

as yet another  New Year creeps in.

 

Looking  back brings pain and joy

forging headway  shows task and ease

past and present  deliver loss and gain

as one more New Year is born.

 

 Fire crackers   resound in the sky.

The revelry breaks the placidity of the space,

 as they  sound a little odd and snobbish.

With that another New Year  emerges.

 

Celebrations  create a significant  noise.

Partying  and dancing take the toll

as expenditure  multiplies geometrically

the New Year barges in with a bang.

 

 

Appreciating  every minute for its value

Accepting  every hour as precious

Counts up to admit every year as precious

unmindful of the New Year or not.

 

Let  this be the underlying principle

Let this be the basis of welcoming

each hour and every minute
